Anyone have any experience with this company?

They seem to be new to the market.

It looks like they have the best fit and finish from all available options that i've seen.

I also like the fact that the roof opens at a bigger angle compared to all other options I've seen.

Premium model is $20k+? Yikes!

I dont understand why the new players are making their tops open up farther. is a 8' head space not enough? do you need 10' head space? when your in bed does it matter? seems to me like it would create more "drag" in windy conditions.

Campteq, wasatch and now headspace. LRA will be the vendor for the headspace. I like the headspace for its thinner "topper" vs campteq and the Wasatch but I wouldn't mind any of them.

Campteq HZJ77 owner here. It was a recent install but no complaints so far. Haven't seen headspace or wasatch up close but can say that the campteq is pretty much overbuilt with the solid aluminum construction.

Trakka is my favorite top for that reason
Thickness looks similar to headspace which I like. Not saying I don't like Campteq nor the super cap by wasatch but if I had a choice-headspace.

After looking at the headspace interior photos, it doesn't seem like you can stand up from inside the cabin which is why it is taller when popped up. So access from outside only?

You do get more footspace with a wider opening too, maybe that's part of it?
we sleep with our heads at the narrow end, seems odd to have to climb up and then turn around, so we just get in and feet are at the opening to the bottom, easier to open the short doors by just pulling your feet back vs trying to move your upper body out of the way. Just wondering. I can stand up in the bed of the truck with the top up and bed platform up and not touch the roof so in a troopy having a taller roof doesn't seem to make much sense. I've watched a few of the Youtube videos on pop tops for troopies but can't remember anyone saying what the purpose is for making taller tops. Just wondering.

i havent an answer, it was just a thought. and i totally agree with you about sleeping orientation but i been doin it the opposite as you since the 90's, guess i'm just used to it.

I think @janyyc has a headspace on his troopy. They utilize the metal part of the roof that is cut off so looks OEM, and seems to be very low profile when closed. I agree, the Trakka is my favorite, slim design and the OG, which is maybe why I like it so much. @efjayatee, I don't think Trakka makes tops anymore for troopy's so have to find one already installed. Mulgo tops are also very low profile and I think they have a US distributor. I will say, any pop top on a 70 series is pretty sweet and it's amazing there are so many options out there.

@RHINO as to pop top vs wedge, I don't know that it would matter much. There are some oz camper set ups that are true pop tops, but I don't think there is much production with them. I have plenty of room in the troopy with the wedge style top, when everything is up. I'm kinda short, but I can stand up about to the front seats, so that is not limiting, and as far as sleeping it doesn't seem a concern at all that it is narrower at one end. But that's just my opinion, and ya know what they say about those.

and while were on the topic, i wish someone would make a pop up top instead of a wedge, but ive never slept in a wedge so i prolly dont know what i'm talking about anyway.
The old school trakka were like that. There must be an engineering or space reason that mfgs slowly left that design
