I just wanted to know that to remove the rear third member do I just need to slide out both rear axles then just lift it out or are there other steps in the process. There are no lockers installed currently.

yep. just lifts out.
It'll likely take some serious hammering with a rubber or soft faced mallet to get the sealing surface to break loose tho. If it's really stuck, it'll be helpful to pull all the studs out of the axle housing too.
Some upward pressure with a bottle jack under the pinion end of the third member will break the seal easily enough without any hammering

Finally got it out. Thank you guys. Bloody hell that thing is HEAVY!!!! I knew it was going to be heavy but dayum. I was not expecting this
