Trying to button up some work on my rig and discovered that the:

NO:
tail lights
interior light
gauge lights
passenger headlight not working
running lamp

all fuses are good

turn signals work

wipers work

Thoughts??

Sounds like you have a bad fusible link and the one headlight is a red herring.
Have you done any other diagnostics other then checking your fuses themselves?

I concur with @cruisermatt. I would check the fusible link as well as the harness that goes from the fusible link to the alternator. There is another connection in there that @CruiserTrash brought to my attention. When I upgraded to his fusible link I had missed this which caused similar symptoms which you describe.

Good luck, you will get this sorted.

Cheers, James

Checked the wiring, relay for tail lights (which I can’t find). Headlights are new.

This is going to sound harsh, but I am trying to be direct and help you help yourself get this fixed. It sounds like you haven't actually done any actual diagnostic work at all.
Do you have the Toyota FSM? If so, have you actually looked at the electrical schematic for your vehicle and traced the wiring paths for the devices that are not working? You'll probably find they all have a common denominator. Eletrical issues where a bunch of devices aren't working all at once are usually very simple in this regard.
Do you have a multimeter? If not, how are you "checking" wiring and fuses?
However we (the forum) can't give you any more then general suggestions unless you actually put in the work on your end. We actually don't even know what vehicle you have since you provided no information about that.

Your two very best friends in diagnosing electrical faults on old Landcruisers are a wiring diagram and a test lamp (with an incandescent globe).

I’m going to concur that it seems like a bad fusible link at first blush. It’s always impossible to 100% diagnose electrical issues without being physically present with the truck though. Remove the fusible link, get a multimeter, and test all three wires from end to end. Assuming a 60 here, 62s have five fusible link wires on multiple different connectors - same concept though. You’ll have to report back with your results.

I have checked all the fusible links and not finding any issues. Totally puzzled.
