I'd take a factory locking rear diff, 4:10 gears 32" tires and a GXOR package for 2022.
Done! Now let’s talk electric motors please.

Chip availability, use chips for low margin Toyotas or big margin Lexus.I’m missing something. with the shortage of new vehicles How can they be selling such high volume?
I went to my local Toyota dealer to do an oil change/tire rotation, filters wipers and inspection for my 2018 GX and the lot had maybe 20 cars on it, was nutsBoth seem plausible.
But anecdotally, the largest Lexus dealer in my area has around 10% of their typical inventory on the lots. That's got to have some measurable impact on new vehicle sales. These GX sales figures reflect multiple record months which just doesn't jive IMHO.
Agreed! With the amount of money I've spent in mods I would lose money and I'm not even done yet. I'm in for the long haul as well. Minimum 10 years.I find the values interesting but hanging onto mine for the long haul.
Haha, I’m seeing my 4 yo girl driving this one
And then I’ll get a newish tundra
I don’t think I want lockers or gears. Just maintenance and sliders![]()
A PHEV GX with like 30-50 miles of EV range without any major penalty to weight or other capabilities would be absolutely perfect.Done! Now let’s talk electric motors please.
My 6 year old and 4 year old like to argue about who gets the GX when they turn 16. Nice to have a vehicle that actually should be running 10 years from now, as long as it doesn't get wrecked!LOL my 2.5 year old wants momma’s 470. Which is good because I’d like to keep my 460.![]()
