For those that don't have the factory bracket installed; my parts guy said I got one of two left in the US parts system (don't know how accurate this is, but was at a Toyota dealership). Get on it now or order one from Akella.

Maybe. I used stamps.com this time and they are weird. If it is package from Michigan than yes it is hand throttle. Pm is you want postage refund.

Got mine today also! Installed in mins and luckily my 1994 had the bracket!

Just have to make a few adjustments to the cable tension and should be prefect.

First photo is the stock pedal assembly from my 92 FJ.
Second photo is the installed hand throttle in the later model pedal assembly.
Be aware that when you install a new pedal assembly, you may experience a higher idle and some spring sticking until you've broken in the new spring. You may also need to adjust your idle.
