Ground Location on Column Support

1985 Fj60. Been having an issue with voltage drop at idle (after warm up). Battery is good, alternator is alternating. I think it is a floating ground and specifically, the column support as my horn is intermittent AND the dash brake like glows constant (full fluid level). I can not seem to find the ground stud anywhere! Anyone with past experience give me a hint? Thanks!

Isn't there a big ground buss on the stock wiring harness deep behind the gauges? It's rumored to be the root of several little gremlins.
No experience myself, just seen posts about it.

There is. 4 all together. 1. Driver kick panel 2. Steering support 3. Gauge cluster (harness bus) and 4. Behind glovebox.

I took the cluster out and didn’t see anything melted or suspicious. The steering ground is the one the dash lighting and horn are grounded to.
