I don't think they would..MAYBE ones from a 1984-1988 Pickups (Or 89 4runners) but I don't think so. Hood lines are too different.

I could be wrong though :meh:

Ebay has lots of new non-Toyota grilles for the old Pickups. They're cheap too. The OEM grille on my '84 is rough. I am going to experiment with it, then buy a new one.

I love the vintage look. The truck's getting a set of freshly powder coated steel wheels - antique white - to keep that vintage look going.

I am going to play with different paint combinations... like the antique white (think FJ40 grille/bezel and the OE wheel color), or medium gray and black... Once (if) I find a look that works, I'll replicate that on a new grille.

I have an ‘89 and like the ‘89 grill. I’m not a huge fan of blurring the generation lines. Like people who put the wrong era box on their truck because they don’t care. If you can’t find a decent one from your era, do a nice flat deck. But, that’s just my view of it.
