I used the same thing as I did for the front. I bought a long strip and cut it to size and then drilled the holes. It looks different from the ones you have though. Why don t you use the same as what you did on the front, just cut down a bit and drill new holes.

Instead of holes, consider running some adhesive... Trying to line up all the holes is a major PITA. Unless you use the old felt strips as a template.

For the tailgate window you need the forerunner one by toyota. Thats what I have on mine ( of coarse heard it here on Ih8mud) and it works killer and looks killer!

I had thought you were talking about the side doors.
