I used the same thing as I did for the front. I bought a long strip and cut it to size and then drilled the holes. It looks different from the ones you have though. Why don t you use the same as what you did on the front, just cut down a bit and drill new holes.
 
Mine come from rock auto and are not long enough, where did you get yours from?
 
I bought this stuff like 5 years ago. Let me look around and see if I can find it. It was definitely a JC Whitney product. I have enough that you can have, at least make one side. pm me your address

For the tailgate window you need the forerunner one by toyota. Thats what I have on mine ( of coarse heard it here on Ih8mud) and it works killer and looks killer!

I had thought you were talking about the side doors.
 
I was but was trying to get the most out of the large piece. ..
What Year four runner do I need to get out of?
