P, Yes I am going to attempt to make a couple sets. If I like them, I will start selling them. Seems the kits that are for sell now are overpriced and low/mid quality. I want to offer a luxury plush material (found) and an 80/20 (not happy with what I've looked at so far) to interested parties. Offer a close color match to OEM and then a few other colors for the NON-CONFORMIST J-Style cruiserheads... Also, looking at full and modified (upper portion removed) door/cargo panels.. There will be nothing OEM about these other than being close in color.

All carpet will be cut and sewn.

Time will tell and I'll stay in touch with everyone on the R&D progress.

It'll be a bit before I start making the carpets (hopefully next 2 months) , but I need a few tester rigs for fit and referrals... I need to come to Reno/ Carson City for a break anyhoozer... Tahoe should be phenomenal then... Looking for a 80/20 carpet supplier now, found a really nice luxury plush material...

Danny, pending the NON-EXISTENT work schedule right now... looks like A and I will be in/around Vegas/Reno June 26-July 2. If not then, I plan on another trip in Sept/Oct from Salt Lake to SF/Sacramento, up I-5 to Portland and then back to the house through ID.
We plan on spending a lot of time exploring that area and the MN/WI area for our new home location....

Just need a change and with us finishing up all the flood damage repairs on the house... Seems like a great time to put the house on the market. I travel A LOT for work and play both...

May start a fabshop up for armor and whatnot.. It'll work itself out.. always does..

The access to trails, mountains and Moab is about 5 minutes to 5 hours in any direction from me here. I can go for days on BLM land and never see another person.

Geez that truck didn't look like it had that much rust when I saw it last. I do not recall any on the outer fenders/wheel wells. Is it all inside? Bondo on the wheel wells?

Dig the door rubbers, need to do that on both my Cruisers.

I, the rust is through the fender wells and into the quarters.. a long weekend in the shop and it'll be solid again. YES, lots of filler around the wells and quarters...

Got new GR Edition stickers from my buddy Pete.. Love the new ones man. Goss will proudly sport them once he's done..

On another note... carpet is being installed in the house as we speak... THANK GOD!!.. SO, just a few more days until the shop is cleared out. Need to work on the wife's 80 front first, birf swap, brakes and knuckle rebuild... Then Goss is heading inside for the transformation process.

Ordered a set (5) 345 75 16 BFG KM2s.. and my new sewing machine should be here about the same time (been on B/O). SpeedHut gauges are next on the purchase list. (and new BFG ATs for the wife's 80)
