It is tough to negotiate when there are only 6 of this model year for sale nationwide. I want to offer lower and will, but I realize the risk of doing so.

Question in this topic... is it worth trying to find one that is Certified? I know the limits are 6 years old and 85,000 miles. But I saw many that were much newer and much fewer miles, but not CPO. Does this mean that there's something in the history that won't let it be Certified?

@Markuson That was a nice gesture. Thank you kindly. I have seen a few of those but not one of them. Thanks again.

I went and double checked the radiator today and that top area where others have shown crack potential or complete breach by that label looked brand new.

Gray, second best color, buy only if you can't find Blizard Pearl.

Fixed. ;-)

Dealers have the option to CPO it or not. Lexus also limits them to six years.
Compare Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Programs

I had one dealer with an eBay listing that was not certified, but said they could for X dollars. I believe it use to cost the Lexus dealer $800-900 to certify it, plus whatever updates were required, e.g., tires, etc. I think the retail markup was around $1800 for CPO on Lexus. Don’t hold me to the numbers and Toyota is most likely different as the warranties differ.

We bought a CPO Lexus IS250C last summer, the dealer told me the fee for them to put CPO on a vehicle was $1500.

We get free maintenance for 2 years, but I can't be bothered to drive it the hour each way to the closest dealer.

Never realized how much that Cert pre owned cost to label

I have a white 2010 with 108k on it I'll sell you if you can wait until summer. I'll even be in SC in June so you can check it out.

If that lasts a week I'd be rather surprised, considering it's posted publicly and it's condition with main't records. 200 sniping probably isn't as bad as 100s yet, given the current pricing.

You're clearly in the market. I would buy this one.
Which one are you referring to? The original 2010/the one pictured? Because it isn't listed publically yet. Will be soon/tomorrow. They had a delay getting it detailed, ready.
Dealer called this morning and said they have multiple other interested parties so we'll see.

^^^ Won't matter which 200 @thammer62. Your last statement clears up any doubt. Unfortunately this dealer statement is one you're likely to come across a lot more than you'd think, or particularly like to, for that matter. A highly sought after land cruiser, in better than average shape, with no rust and records will evaporate before your eyes.

Good luck in your hunt, as @ryanCA stated and mostly all will attest (regardless of miles)
It will be a WORLD of a STEP ABOVE from a 4Runner....

Beautiful. Details on your 2013? Miles bought at? Price (if you don't mind me asking)? Lifted at all? Tire model?

Yes, 2013. 105K. $37.9K. One owner California truck. In the process of building up before the season start. Has 33" 275/70R18 ST Maxx, MT sliders, FR rack. Lift, bumpers, drawers, dual batt, etc are all either under way or planned.
