@Scat Adams - do you know if the ladder can be positioned anywhere left-to-right on the rear door or is it a fixed-position only?

Not sure on that but I do know for the 3rd gen 4Runner they are different for each side. I'd call Gobi and they should be able to give you a definite answer.

Ya im really excited, get in while it's only $185 shipped, great deal on a item that's never realistically been available for our trucks until now!

Do it! I'm wingless as well and I think its going to look great, plus no need to worry about stepping on the spoiler when climbing up.

I don't have a rear bumper yet so I'm also looking forward to being able to hang a Trasharoo off the back
So what's the consensus here- if the ladder is mounted on the passenger side, could a spare tire carrier be attached? If the ladder is sturdy enough I would think the stress on the barn door would be minimal while driving with it closed? And if mounted passenger side it seems like the extra weight would be reduced when the door is open. Comments?
Looks almost identical to the 4th gen 4runner. I had their ladder on my 4th gen 4runner and would not trust putting a full size spare on the ladder. The mounting brackets are held on by basically double sided tape and some pressure screws @GXLee
Thanks for that additional info- you're totally right a spare certainly wouldn't work on that.
