Just ordered one, too — though the lead time I was quoted from the vendor was 10-12+ weeks, so we'll see how the turnaround stacks up compared to the ones ordered a month or so ago? Punch the clock now!

I ordered one a few weeks ago. Now the waiting game.

I ordered one on 2/26 and was advised a lead time of 2-3 weeks. The vendor (Trail Duty) wanted to confirm that lead time was acceptable to me. We’ll see how accurate they are!

Not a happy man. Just ordered the ladder for $215, order went through, and was refunded my money ten minutes later. Emailed them to ask why, was told the price went up effective today...and that I can reorder for the higher price. Not to be a stickler, but I went to the website and ordered at $215, transaction went through, I should get it at that price.

Oh, and after the refund the website was updated a few minutes later. As the owner of a business that sells motorcycle parts/accessories, I would've honored my posted price to keep a happy customer. Guess I'm just different...

Sound like Fraud to me .. especial with a near 30% price increase !!

There are probably others they did this same bait and switch price thing with also....

wow....

I didn’t buy from them, but glad some were able to get in before the price went up. Certainly not the proper way to treat anybody. Hope they make things right.

This and how long they took to get my ladder to me (more than 6 months) is just subpar. I will never buy from them again.

Just received tracking info...delivery scheduled for 3/24. So basically one month from order to delivery.

Also just received tracking info (direct from Gobi) for a delivery early next week – so that tracks with the 2-3 week turns that folks were seeing earlier in the month.

I'm a sole proprietor so I get the switching between one DBA for a retail storefront and a different entity for billing / invoicing, though in this case with the third transfer to Gobi for all updates, it feels like Trail Duty just brokers the deal and then gets out of the equation – not that odd in the grand scheme, but different in the Cruiser community where a lot of times you're talking directly to the person who'll be fabricating / molding / etc. your order itself.

So I had the ladder put on with everything else this week. Now the tailgate wont shut using the button? Opens no problem, remote or button on the tailgate. Closing, I have to manually pull shut. Sensor?
