Glass Cutter

Need a window for my Willys, my usual parts supplier told me I would be best served to get it custom cut by someone local.

It's a sliding window, flat, relatively small and I can remove the other one to use as a template so it shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Anyone have a recommendation?

While I have no idea about replacement glass for a Willy or any other parts regarding that rig, I will say I was pleasently surprised with my local glass cutter when I had a slider for the 40 cut about a year ago. My $.02

An fj40 front laminated windshield is $100 so a tempered smaller piece will likely be significantly less.

That is very good to know. I have a cracked on in my shop as a template in case I found a place. The OEM ones have really gone up.

Dropped off my window about lunchtime, picked it up at 5.

Had a hard time telling which window was which, they did such a good job.

Helpful counter staff as well.

I would definitely recommend them.
