I just spent time resealing and repairing all the little things that bothered me. Added some duplicolor bed liner to the underside of the galley to seal it better from the inside (put in used gear, etc) and primed everything with kilz anti-must primer. Just completely cleaned, and will be putting in a new AGM battery and hold down in the front box by end of week. I have one offer that is pending financing at this point. Will update when it is confirmed/canceled. I am willing to go to $14000 if you bring your own wheels and tires.
