Changed my fuel filter and randomly my fuel pump started leaking today at idle. Never happened before. I have a Weber conversion and fuel a regulator set to 3 psi. Any input would be appreciated.

Replace the fuel pump and change your oil.
Don't drive or run till those things have happened.

Looks like the diaphragm is leaking - it happens. Get a kit and rebuild it. I choose the $10 electric diode fuel pump for $10 on Amoron. You can leave the pump there or use a bypass plate. They last about 10 years. I use them in the fuel transfer units I make for friends.

Give the screws that hold the top on to the fuel pump body a gentle tightening. I've had them go loose once on my '78. Rebuild kits are available from Cruiserr Cult.

As Brian said, at least check your oil for thinning or gas smell.
Often when the diaphram fails and leaks out that hole it also leaks down into Oil Pan.
@Cruiser Cult sells a rebuild kit for that pump.
