I have a 67 with original cluster and gauges. I just put in a new tank with new sending unit and now the fuel gauge reads full 100% of the time. I swear I read somewhere that the new sending units don't match up with the old gauges because the voltage output is different. Am I imagining that I read that somewhere? If it's true what is the fix?
