Any weirdness undoing those bolts? Looks like there's probably enough room for an 6pt box end or something in there to break the 4 bolts loose, open end to keep working them out once broken free if needed?
Yeah, nothing special. I made what @grinchy used out of a combination wrench and dead blow hammer.

so 3-jaw 5ton puller and 12-side axle nut kits loaned from Autozone got me here. Now I’m stuck.

Is there no way to swap the inner seal out without removing the knuckle?! (Part #7 is OP’s post)

Tried the two 24mm on either side of LBJ, won’t budge.
UBJ popped free.
Tie rod ball joint won’t break free either.

Or Maybe I just need to take a couple of beers break and let the PB blaster soak in enough.

Also, for those wondering what’s best to use to the 4 “captured” hub bolts out from the knuckle.

Used a my stocking gift card and got a set of craftsman 6-point wrenches. Set of 6 for ~$45 from Lowe’s. IMO, worth the investment for stubborn bolts.

Mischief managed.

Forgot to bring out the big big guns on the lower bolts either side of the LBJ. And 22mm instead of 24mm (need more coffee than beer maybe).
