Anyone know the torque specs on the OEM bolts for the front tie downs? Looking to just paint my OEM hooks red, but wanted to make sure I torqued them back down to the correct spec when putting them back on. Thanks!

It's not in the FSM.

That said, an analogous Toyota reference for the Tundra calls for 65 ft-lbs, and allows for a range of 48 to 97 ft-lbs.

General references for M12x1.25 grade 11 flange bolts, that are not application specific, allows for torques values up to 130 ft-lbs.

The exact same bolt is used on 08-15 front brake calipers, though it is threading into the caliper material, not a weld-nut inside the frame.

That torque value is 73ft-lbf
