Also, have a few options of Allen wrench, I think a 4mm, it's tight back there, also a low profile 16mm (I think) socket and wrench, there is not a lot of space back there. Also maybe more patience than me and penetrating spray. Thanks guys, appreciate the picture ! I Wasnt sure if you had to shorten it where the threads are.
I still have my 3/4" spacer and strutmaster coil conversion kit you could have it you want to. You live pretty close to me. They look pretty level when i run it.
Do you plan to use full articulation on trails and/or spirited driving off pavement, or more car camping and light trails?
Right on then. Yeah the spacer would be a good leveling fix for you.Nah, she's a pavement queen if I'm honest. I want to do some light trails but here in Ohio they've shut down just about everything. I just don't want the truck to appear jacked up in the back like a '72 Nova in the early 80's. I reckon the bumper will cause maybe 3/4" or so of droop, so with a 1.5" lift I'll only actually realize 1/2-3/4" and there's already a built-in lean stock so that little bit of remaining lift will serve to level it out a bit. I've seen numerous pics of this very bumper on trucks with stock suspension so I'm probably losing sleep over nothing.

I think stockers are in the 589ish#/in range. I think several make 600 or 650#/in springs, but yeah they typically afford 2" lift give or take. A bilstein 6112 with some progressive dobinsons could be a good combo, look into the Dobinson's springs.... if you're not wheeling it, a bilstein 5100s may be adequate and that lifts with stock spring (preload the spring for leveling lift, but may still afford nose dive b/c stock rate), but it could be argued they're a little light for a GX, with bumperI mean, hey, I'm not opposed to swapping in new springs...these were Gabriel quick struts I just installed a few thousand miles ago...but A) what are the specs for stock springs? B) what specs do I need to compensate for a ~200lb bumper? C) who even makes heavier springs in stock length?
I know the pucks aren't ideal, but for someone like me who wants the beefy bumper on stock suspension I think the pucks are the lesser of two evils versus inevitable front end droop...

and 5100s are like $90. ..
I know this is an old thread, but I can't seem to find a 3/4" strut spacer anywhere! Deranged, where did you get yours from? None of the original links work anymore!

Ugh...I bought both of those spacers you linked and they each measure ~22mm (0.9").
The silver spacers description stated they measure ~22mm; the black spacers description just says "lift spacer thickness and final lift amount is not a 1:1 ratio due to the suspension geometry."
I assume this is too thick for stock components? Anyone bought one that actually measures 0.75" (~19mm)?
Also FWIW I bought the 1/4" metal washers from Mcmaster Carr (pack of 5) previously mentioned (thank you jstwagn) and with shipping/tax (to TN) the total was ~$17. Pair of UHWM spacers from Wheelers Offroad costs almost the exact same. Not sure if metal vs UHWM material would be preferred for this application, maybe someone else can chime in.
yeah, basically the spacer will bring the strut down, so the plug Dan mentions and all its related bracketry ((circled in red below) will have no place to go.
I will be installing new shocks is there a procedure for setting up the front actuators?
or will they set themselves to sport or comfort?
I mean do we have to manually have to turn them all the way left or right, or find middle? and do we have to do the dame for the shocks?
