Front flares DO NoT connect to running boards. There are rubber plastic black seals that connect, I have them also. Front mud flaps I have are for non running board applications

Front seals that connect the fender/flares to the front of the running boards are $25 each side + shipping usually in a flat rate mailer at the lowest possible cost.

Yes, I will include the bolts. These are for non running board models. I was able to fit them into a Priority Mail Flat Rate Large Box so it will reduce the price including shipping to you to $98.14.

do you just need the right side or both sides? Please measure from the top of the flare to the bottom on the long side so I can match your length. Some are 10" from top to bottom and some are different. Please send me a personal message so we don't tie up the forum.

Sounds like you may have sold them, but Do you have the end caps? Just had some fender repair work done and the shop couldn't source the passenger side front end cap to the running board. Thanks!
