When I download BHFJ60_A_MicroFiche.pdf and BHFJ60_B_MicroFiche.pdf, they both have the same info. Is this correct?

Weird... they do appear to be the same file. I'm 99.99% sure there were 2 different versions when I had them hosted on my site.

They are different sizes once downloaded... 34.2mb vs 42.1mb
