Yeah. Those lil bastards used to pull out in front of you on the country roads in japan and do like negative 4mph... Let's go halvsies on this and make our own trails!! Freightliner Unimog w/Case bucket and backhoe 4x4 diesel excavator

We NEED this for Uwharrie workdays. Especially when it's raining.

The SEE - what a terrible contraption. You really, really don't want that thing. The leg room is terrible; no way @Beau Diddly could fit inside and @CharlestonG8R is probably too short to jump in ;). They bounce up and down all over the damn road too and you're lucky if you can hit 50 mph going downhill. My first ride in a SEE is still one of the scariest things I've ever experienced. Rode from Timmonsville to Ft Jackson several times as a newly minted 2LT.

Ha! As a 2LT in 1986 I was nabbed by the supply SGT. at Furman Univ. to go get a couple 5 tons from the SC NG and drive them cross town for an ROTC weekend event.....only because I could drive a stick! Thought I was going to kill someone!

I have a few random items for sale if anyone is interested: Uniden CB Radio and magnet antenna. 3500 KW gas generator (low hours but it continues to be a pain in the butt to start for some reason - probably because it never gets used. I put new carburettor on it about a year ago. Also medium Thule foot mounts for roof bars. I think they're the 8" feet if I remember correctly. I had these on my high-roof 61 but they were too tall for my new 81. Should fit any LC's with gutters (I know they'll fit 60's and 80's) Make me an offer on any of the above if interested.

I may be up for those Thule mounts. I bought my current ones for my Honda Accord, but they are too short to use on the 40... I'll measure my feet and see if mine are bigger and/or if 8" feet work.

I may be interested in you Honda Accord ones, I'd like to see if they'll fit a VW if you still have them.

Yep, I have them, and they should fit. Plus, my bars are too short for the 40. I also have 2 bike racks for the Thule system if you can use those? Also, I may still have kayak racks... Not sure...

Don't be too hard on the SEE it hung around a lot longer than people thought. Short wheel base ruin that truck

I'm interested in mounts if Jeremy doesn't want them. Been looking for a set for the troopy and those would be perfect due to high roof. I'll call you offline about generator as well.

Okay, lemme run out tonight and check the mounts I have. Pretty sure I will take them, just need to meet with Mark... But will verify for sure tonight.

Edit: Verified the height of the towers I have. They're only 5", so @mmacpherson 's should work.

@Beau Diddly the towers, bars, bike racks, and canoe/surfboard thingie are all yours (it's all Thule brand). There's more than you'll need here (I know this because I had gutters on my Volvo 740GLE and had to buy more stuff for my Accord that had no gutters); let me know if there's anything you DON'T want... Ideally, I'd give you all of these for whatever @mmacpherson wants for his towers.

PM me the price for the Thule gutter mounts shipped to 35022? Price is right I'll send payment ASAP.

Thought I would check here before buying new... Does anyone have or know of a set of 315/75r16 tires for sale with a decent amount of tread? I have cash. My belts are separating on the Goat. Just didn't really want to spend the money on new tires without the rest of the truck being completely done.

Anyone interested in my fj60 engine, transmission (4spd long tail) transfer case, driveshafts, slave/master, peddle bucket and trans mount? Should be everything one needs to do a manual trans conversion on their 62!
