2lt diesel I think is what it was. Had a bad injector pump so it was only $500. Said he was out in Williams, do you know the guy? I think he's the same guy with that diesel 4runner on CL for $10k.

I don't know who it was. I talked to someone who saw the diesel 4 runner and it needed some finishing touches.. 10k is a bit steep unless its a later model diesel or really nice.

Couple things WANTED, been all over CL and haven't found anything really.

Got a friend looking for a car for their daughter. She prefers Subaru, Toyota, Honda. HAS to be automatic, budget is $3k or less. Just needs to be clean and reliable.

My ma-in-law just blew the headgasket on her POS Pontiac for the second time in 120k. I refuse to let her repair it again. She is looking for something with low miles from Honda/Toyota, kinda likes the Chevy HHR. Her budget is around $7k.

I'm doing some pro-bono work on a 87 Toyota Corolla which is a carb'd 1.6L automatic. It is in desperate need of front struts, tiny little muffler, tires (I believe they are 14"). The guy has next to no cash so I'm just looking for donations at this point. Unfortunately I don't have any of parts cars lying around or else I'd probably have stuff on hand. Anyone have anything?

He could use as many as you've got Matt. His are getting down there and severely weather checked. Nobody has a muffler though? The thing is so obnoxious its hard to work on or drive!
