1977 LC Pickup $360!!!

Hello

I have a 77 pickup, or whats left of it. me and a couple friends bought it to use the drivetrain out of it, but are running out of room to store stuff, so it needs to go. It;s located just outside of Toronto, Ontario Canada
Not much left of it, dash board forward is in good shape.
Motor runs GREAT, tranny and transfercase shift perfectly fine with no grinds. yup drove it up to 50 in the shape it;s in :D
Axles are in good shape except the the brakes are shot

it was made Dec 1977
trans axle code
1142k082 0-12 (the 0-12 where in big bold text not sure if you need that or not)

Model code
fj45lpkk

Plant code
A11

staight 6 gas, 4spd, 4.11 gears (NOT high pinion)
I don;t have the ownership so not sure you can get it across the boarder?
If anyone wants to come and get the drivetrain we can cut it and have it ready to go for you for maybe a little extra maybe not we can talk.
$360 US complete
Won't part it (might part with some lights and small stuff if you want)

Connie might be able to help you out, she works at a used car lot in Tacoma.....and takes bj42 trade in's ;)

so what ya looking for?

John

pretty much toast, it acutaly broke in half on us once and we welded it back together. Plus somoen replaced the rear parts with nasty C channel

it only good for the drivetrain and front body panels.
The motor/trasnfercase/axles/trans are in great shape
alternator charges, rad is in good shape ect...

On and the seats have no rips or tears and are good :D

Really not a fan of dodge, but I like the inline six.

3/4 or prefer 1 ton 4X4 extra cab for the kidlets.

Thanks John.

Dodge for sure as mentioned to John 3/4 to 1 ton.

Older unit for around 10K.

TEXAS! 3/4 and 1 ton diesels are thick down there. Last year I bought a '97 Ford F350 crew cab, longbed 2wd diesel w/154K for $9K. Local lots wanted for $13.5 to 14K for a similar truck. It would be a long haul for you though

1971 FJ40 for sale.......

I just bought this about a month ago. I am trying to sell this because I think I want to get a 60.

THE GOOD:
- 3 speed transmission
- hard top in good condition
- Radiator just cleaned with all new hoses
- new belts
- brand new battery
- great paint job
- rear heater works excelent

THE NOT SO GOOD:
- it needs some brake work done on it
- the windshield wiper motor needs to be rewired correctly
- the gas gauge needs to be wired up

And thats the whole of it. I live in Greenville, South Carolina, I have the title, and I am asking $5,500 for this FJ40.

Here are some Pics of the FJ40.

You can contact me at papaholmz@juno.com. Thanks for looking.
