@Schmutz I have 315's w j springs and 30mm spacers and a rear locker. I'll be heading back there this year hopefully sometime. I've done quite a bit of body work to it on my own and have concluded that body work sucks and I'm not good at it. That being said, I'm ok with the way it turned out and will keep wheelin as she sits. I will, however, finish with rhino lining the bottom half and painting the top and d piller with some paint I had "matched". I'm hoping to have my front locker installed before I hit the trail again and regear if possible. I'll also take off my roof rack and keep everything inside. I'm about 90% done w my drawers so all of my tools, trail spares etc will be low and secured. Here's how she sits today.

Honestly, if you took it to a real body shop for some paint it wouldn't look bad at all.

Yes, it does, but you did a great job. i agree, better matching paint and it would almost be unnoticeable in the pics

you can do it with stuff on the roof, just don't do anything that sloshes up there. i ran with my rtt and it was barely noticeable, but if i had anything that shifted i would've been sucking leather off the seat for a few parts of the trip

@jp_waltz I'm impressed! It really doesn't look bad at all! Besides, most people will be way to interested checking out the rear bumper, and all the goodies back there. You did a really nice job on the drawers too!

I'm curious now about your lockers. Since you're adding them one at a time, are they Air lockers, or what are you installing? DIY or paying someone?

@Schmutz I'll hopefully be putting in the front arb at some point soon. I'll probably wire the switches and plumb for air but I'll have a mechanic install the locker itself.

Pretty good patch-up work :D

Glad to see you're back in business. Consider sending the front locker to Zuk...he does excellent work and you can't beat the price! Toyota Gear Installs

Here an option with a little of both. BTW Maltec's stuff is now available in the USA

Well, since someone brought this thread back up.

I've been emailing quite a bit with @T-ridecruiser at Maltec US.

I'll be headed out to check them out in the next couple weeks to check out their scene. After all, they're in Colorado!!

I think it looks great man!!

That should buff right out!
