Pulled the trigger on hexomat's for the LX. Figured I'd post the pictures on this thread since @trdcorolla had asked about the 3rd row. I've had them installed on the 80 for a couple years now. They have held up great. They are a nice flat out of your way design with no giant lip to step over. They hold tons of spillage and are easy to clean. They were about $173 to the door.

@baggar11 Thanks for the pictures! I already bought Weathertech front and middle row mats and a cut to fit 3rd row/trunk that some here bought from Amazon. Are these Hexo 3rd row/cargo mat cut so you have to remove the 3rd row to put them in or are they cut to lay down and go around the seat floor base like the factory cargo mat? How thick are they and do they smell? My Amazon one smelled, had to air it out for like a week.

I made no modifications to the mats. What you see if how I pulled them out of the box before slapping into place. Also didn't smell. I noticed the shipping box had hexagon holes cut out. Kind of looked like breather holes. Maybe they help dissipate any smells during shipping.

So far I'm happy with my Lloyd mats. I chopped the 3rd row up when I got my ARB drawer system. I use it to throw down if I have to get under the truck on the trail

Quick question:
Was the rear cargo hexomat 1 solid piece, or 2 pieces?

I just got mine, and was expecting 1 large piece for the cargo area. Instead I got 2 pieces.
Just curious.
Thank you.

(The hexomats are nice!)

@89BIGBLUE looks like you got the 3rd row mat and the the standard cargo mat. Mine is the extended cargo mat with seat holes. All one piece.

I love those. I got gray ones for my gray Hundy a few years ago. The wife never commented on mine much, but after getting a longer Odyy with rubber mats she made a comment about how much she liked them. I picked up a set of Loyds for her for and she loves them.

Only downside is my driver side gray mats look tan from dirt. No matter what, I can't get back to original color.

Try hitting them with a good APC to clean off dirt and grease. My go-to is Super Clean. Then try a couple rounds of 303.

Had the WeatherTech All-Weather mats in the '06 we used to have. Fronts fit perfect, didn't move, loved them. 2nd row was trimmed to fit and worked out pretty well, moved around some. Will probably do the same with the '02 I just got.

I have the Weathertech "Custom fit" or "Laser Measured" or whatever they're called. These: Amazon.com: WeatherTech Custom Fit Front FloorLiner for Lexus LX470/Toyota Land Cruiser (Black): Automotive and Amazon.com: WeatherTech Custom Fit Rear FloorLiner for Lexus LX470/Toyota Land Cruiser (Black): Automotive

I like them quite a bit after having them for a few years. No major signs of wear and they catch spills as well or better than anything else I've seen available. I haven't had any curling or mis-fitment like others have mentioned. They clean up REALLY well, too. They get gnarly looking after a while, but a quick hose and scrub brings them back to nearly new. I'd buy them again.

Looking into getting new ones as I dont want to damage my original ones

Where are you guys ordering the hexomats ?

My laser fit weathertechs have been great. That lip saved me bigtime when one of the kids got carsick back in the 3rd row. Easy to clean, but not cheap.

Got mine from AutoAnything.

The BEST floor mats are from Cocomats.com. Here’s Jay Leno telling you why:

They have a huge variety of colors, designs & materials. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking up a set.

Curious what you guys are doing with your old mats?
