MSC Industrial Supply ( Industrial Supply Equipment from MSC Industrial Supply ) has agreed to donate some metric tools for the raffle. I won't be able to attend - who should I have them shipped to? Also, what sort of recognition do we give contributors?
You can have them shipped to me. I already have some other raffle prizes that I will be bringing down.
As for recognition, Rob would probably be better at answering but at a minimum I'd say they would be verbally recognized at the raffle. If they would like to send along some propaganda as well we could alway include it in the registration packet.

I'm not Rob, but I can answer you. We have 28 rigs at last count. Tomorrow is the last day to register.
If you mean did he get your registration stuff I remember him telling me you were one he has. We have no registrations from Texas or Michigan this year. Raffle and dinner will be on Fri. I still need a clean-up crew. Peggy

Peggy - I'll help out with clean-up.
Whatever you want will be fine. We have a large Awning style tent you can through a cot in. We are trying to leave a little after lunch.

The problem with late entries is the count for meals and t-shirts, as for meals we can adjust closer but the t-shirt order is going out on monday and there will be limited extras.

Deb's gonna be in KC Thursday night at my brothers in OP. I need someone to pick up the pulled pork for the BBQ from her or my brother Thursday or Friday. I have an axle to go to REKCUT before FN and he'll be up Sunday to pick it up if someone can help out with this that would be great.

Actually, we are doing the dinner on Fri. I believe, so we will need it thawed out in time to reheat on Fri. If I'm, mistaken then we need it on Sat.

MSC is sending out 2 sets of Gearwrench ratcheting wrench socket sets and an Ingersoll Rand pneumatic cut off tool for the raffle. Ranski - I'm sending you a pm with my phone number. Let me know when you'll be home and I'll drop them off. They're also sending some flyers that I'd like to get included in the registration packet.
MSC is a very large ($1.6 billion in sales last year) nationwide company with extensive marketing resources. They don't normally spend promotional dollars in the OHV market. However, I spend a significant amount of money with them and they're doing this as a favor to me. If we can show a substantial amount of positive feedback then they can justify increased contributions in the future.
Can someone make sure they get some photos of the raffle and email them to me? Also, everyone please take a few seconds to send a thank you email to the following people:

Convoy???
I will be there Thursday afternoon. I will help where ever I am needed. It will likely just be me. Will (6yrs old) might come, but I really doubt it. I might leave Saturday late afternoon or evening so I can be home with the kids all day Sunday. Do I need to bring anything? Who wants to form a convoy??
