That looks awesome, all of your prep really shows in the finish. Did you hand bend the outer bar that borders the steel mesh? And did you attach it via the 4 "tabs" that are left of the original grill? Again, nice work.
Treeroot,
sorry if I missed it, but which headlights are those?
BTW great work, keep it up!
To me, what makes it so cool is that it is completely unique and well executed. If it was an off the shelf item, it would loose its cool factor.
Why has no one thought of this sooner. I love this. Great color choice and the combo with the lights and that awesome grill makes it look so appealing. Great work.
The bar stock was bent using a pair of vise grips and a paper template. The grill mounts to the surround using 8 mounting points. The 4 tabs are used to mount the grill assembly to the truck. Pics of the mounts here:

The TTORA folks have been doin this mod for years on the taco's. Looks really good on both, and w/ the trim piece and colored up shortbus it looks way!!
Nice job TREE, and while i may be accused of being a fan of gray, i really like how the bumper turned out on a white rig.
Looking good, now let's take it off some sweet jumps already.
yea, I've heard that story before.........at least your doors still opened
