If you utilized 2 Molle panels to support say a Milwaukee pack out. How muck weight would it support?
My concern with that is the Packout plate would cover up the latches for the doors. If that was something people wanted, I may end up building Packout plate that attaches directly to the panel. I think we could position it to where it just covered the front access door. I'll try to throw one into the CAD model today and post a rendering here. Good thought!

What speaker size can be used on the opening?
I thought I had that on the product page. Sorry for not having that there. That's a crucial measurement.

The diameter is 5.7", so anything that has mounting holes on a diameter larger than that should work. I also centered up that cutout in the middle of the things that would be in the way so you would run a larger speaker than the OEM speaker. The OEM speaker bracket would need to be unbolted for this.

Oddly, when I first started this project, back in 2016, I had a 60, so my original drawings for these parts were from those panels. I "believe" this is what you would need for the 60. I would love to fit a set, I just am fresh out of 60's at the moment.

Is there anyone around the southwestern Utah area that has a 60 that would want to help with some R&D on these?

Here's what the 60 panel should look like. We should be able to have the same access doors and speaker cutouts.

Please let me know when these are available for the fj60 inner rear panels. TIA

I have a 1985 fj60 I would be willing to purchase a set and test the fitment I sent over a email as well.
Thanks! I appreciate the offer and I appreciate your interest. However, we only do this type of fitment in the shop. It's too costly to ship parts back and forth for changes and too difficult to translate dimensions. I have learned that the hard way.

If you want to make the *short* road trip to Utah, we can make that happen. 😁

I just got this images from South America. I may need to send you the actual panels for accuracy once the fj62 is here, due to my third row seats, rear AC duct , and heater. Rough measurements where taken, where pulgadas means inches( just in case). First picture is the driver's side rear panel, and the other 2 are the Passengers side rear panel.

Oh man, third row seats and an AC duct are definitely challenging. The ducting will most likely impact the access doors, so this may be a pretty large change. I don't think I have ever seen third row or AC ducting. Do you know how popular these are?

Not very at all, north america spec it wasn't available so would only be on imports and even then you don't see it much
That's what I was thinking. It's hard to devote the required R&D to projects like this to make them a product if there won't be enough demand. We can work them as custom projects, but unfortunately we can't justify eating the time for potential sales in the future.
