Here is a potential solution. View attachment 3915662
I bought the conversion kit from cool cruisers of Texas. Came with new dryer (still has the little sight window), new O-rings, and the high and low side adapters. Got a new compressor and idler pulley from cruisers.net, and flushed the hoses and condenser separately as best as I could. The manifold I got from autozone didn’t fit the high side. I was perplexed. Returned the manifold and got one from O’reilys (loaner). It fit perfectly. Was able to vacuum for an hour and then vacuum test. Charged with R134a and everything is blowing cold. Put all new belts on while I was in there and cut my shroud in half. Genius move someone came up with a long time ago.
