Yeah I thought it included it but I could be wrong. Apparently it doesn’t. It’s been several years since I’ve done mine. Just go oem then.

Great. Ordered everything I need. Do these need any sort of rtv or gasket sealer on install?
Nope, gasket only. Be careful tightening, aluminum is soft and if you go in all hulk hogan you can pull the threads out.

Very common spot to crack. Clean it up and JB weld it.

BTW, for the EGR/PCV piece, my Remflex set came with a demonstration disk that was big enough to cut the proper shape gasket out of...

Realized I hadn’t updated this since. Ended up patching up the crack in the manifold. All new gaskets everywhere. Carb rebuild. Went ahead and Desmogged while I was at it. (Lots of smog parts available if anyone’s looking).
Truck is running great. Holding idle and whatnot. Seems like there’s a few flat spots in 2nd and 3rd. Guess I need to dive into timing now. Is there any way to avoid recurving the dizzy? Also, what changes are made to the carb with Desmog?
