headlight washers in the valence or not?
I've got a fender and a valence in Helena.

Yep! Got the washers in the valence. Valence isn't as big an issue if it doesn't have the washers.

Just need an upgrade over the crater I've got in my fender.

I have this too but @3_puppies is your guy. He is an excellent cruiserhead and shipping will be much lower compared to Austin. Who knows, you may get lucky and get someone who is driving through.
