yes and no... i was hung up on the timing gear marks 180* off from each other when i was in top dead center/compression stroke. You explained that regardless of where those marks are, the #1 cylinder is in top dead center on the compression stroke and it doesn't matter what the timing gears look like. Like you said, once the timing cover is on, you can't see the timing marks and they don't matter at this stage for this task.So you knew the answer before you called me.![]()
