Lou
Lou,
I know you had called me in the past about the piece. Can you package it up and send it to me so I can pattern it? You can email me at fj55parts@charter.net with your response.
John

John,

Per his website:

2181 Blythe Place
Cambria, CA 93428

fj55parts@charter.net

Cambria isn't that big anyways.

Lou,

Sorry about not getting back to you. I was attending training for my day job in Old Sacramento.

My address is:

SLOCRUISERS
2181 Blythe Place
Cambria, CA 93428

fj55parts@charter.net
www.slocruisers.com

The part may take a few months to duplicate. My current project is the rear door fixed windows. I hope to get something on my site by this summer or fall. Contact me by email as I don't check the IH8MUD forum as often as I should.

John

Lou,

As I am slow sometimes to respond, SLOCRUISERS is a reference to the county I live in California called San Luis Obispo. I live in SLO County. It was difficult to pick a business name since Iron Pig was already in use.

John,
I'm ready to buy tailgate weatherstripping right now :) My claim to get my money back from pvcruisers.com is almost done.
I am still on backorder with the manufacturer as production has been delayed. I just completed sending out weatherstripping for a bunch of preorders but I am not able to take anymore backorders at this time.

I will probably get the tailgate rubber in before the tailgate window rubber. I would rather have the item in stock before accepting anymore orders.

John

Hi Lou,

I truly appreciate the tailgate body seal you sent me. :) The bottom piece can be reproduced by my manufacturer but they cannot fuse or vulcanize the pieces together. I can see the reproduction as a three piece set joined with black silicon.

Was the piece retained with plastic pins or with adhesive?

Thanks again.

John

My bigest issue with slo Cruiser is there aren't good images on there sight. If I'm going to spend that much money on seals the least they could do is give me a good pic of what i'm getting.

Have you suggested that to him?

@ 2100 + dollars for the kit you should see just what you are getting on a fj55. The drawings just don't do it for me. about 1yr ago we talked and I brought it up. He said he would email me a few shots never got em. I'm getting close to the point where I'm going to have to fork the cash over. I just saw on ebay he wants 52$ for four hood bump stops. He's the only one that has them. So you got to pay to play.
