Interesting that there’s no production numbers from 69 - 72.

Also - transfer case introduced in 74 is actually higher geared at 1.9:1 compared to the 2.3:1 of previous years.

I thought production ceased in 1980...

I did not think they went to the 2F and “bump” hood in ‘74.

Production numbers are for 55s and 40s?

Recently read somewhere that the FJ55 production numbers (for US models?) was right near 100,000 while the FJ40 numbers were over a million. The numbers presented in the info are in line with the 55 production numbers but not sure why they included the /40.(?)
