Ordered a bead roller, made a quick stand out of scraps. Its a little high - being that I’m 6’6” it perfection.

Daily Rust report, side quest yesterday fixing broken metal bed frames. Today! Back to the roller. YouTube says to add a stiffer to prevent flex at the roller. I picked the rustiest most ugly scraps from the metal pile. Welds are looking great! Letting cool now before a scuff and paint. Did order this book for whatever I’m missing in the mental tool box. Terminology is key to understanding.

Daily rust report: yeah-no, it’s daddy day care day. So let’s look at what’s happening this year and plan accordingly. I’m already registered for Mardi Krawl. In Oct we were invited to help judge the FTTC 2024 / Florida Trail Team Challenge. What are your plans this year?

Rust Report: side quests still taking center stage. Mounted the inverter in the 100 series. Clean out and repack for 3 day weekend camping trip through the PHAT. Florida Adventure Trail across northern Florida. It joins the (BAM) Alabama Adventure Trail on the west side of Floriduh. Then meets up with the Georgia Adventure Trail above Jacksonville Floriduh on the east side. First night camp ground is next to a 1800’s cemetery. Hell yes! Nightmare fuel!

Worked on finishing the bead roller. It works amazingly now. Power drive both directions. Cleaned up a little, then worked on a black 100 series with frame rust. Father and daughter team attacked the frame with wire wheels on power tools. Used the POR 15 / metal prep- then POR 15 on the frame rails. They did 2 coats. While I repaired a couple rust holes in the cross support and rear frame. Sorry, will add pictures later.
