FJ45 - Won't Start

I bought a Fj45 1978 was out in the boonies for a couple of years and RUST got to it before I did, well long story short some one stole the speedometer from it and I put in a battery and crank the key but no power , - PLEASE HELP

The ammeter wires (~10ga white with blue stripes) will need to be jumped together to complete the circuit
