Is the cubby in this picture a factory part?
It looks legit to me -- but I've never seen one like that before.
I'd like to find one like this......

Thanks in advance.

Not stock that I've ever seen (don't know about models later than 1978 and overseas versions, though). Looks good.

If you find one Ash, get two I want one. Those are sweet! Never seen one.

Good advice, however, It's just a photo i found online of the part in question -- so I was hoping the collective 'Mud genius could shed some light....

Thnx, I saw various home-brew solutions floating around the forum.

However, I thought that particular one in the photo looked sort of oem-ish.

I agree, it wouldn't be worth cutting the radio slot to fit, but if the slot is already cut.....

Thanks all!

That is a bin that is mounted under a single din stereo in most Hondas. It is a great fit for a dash that was modified for an aftermarket radio.

@swamp-thing ... any idea who's 40 that is in the picture you posted?

Nah, it was just a web pic to get the conversation going, I actually think it was a truck I saw for sale maybe on ebay back in february....

OK... if you happen to find out what bin was used, I'd sure like to know! I contacted the member who was doing a homemade version to see if he was still in the production business but got no response.
