Didn't have the camera yesterday, but I will try and get back to one of the workshops to photo the beast he has there. Volvo running gear and a magnificent engine with a monster intercooler!

Nope! 15BT = 4.1 litre

14bt/15bt are likely the toughest toyota diesel engine out there for that engine family , remember pulling a 14bt down for parts , similar weight to a 4bt cummins ,but has roller rockers, roller lifters forged steel crank & rods , etc well engineerd engine , id have one out of all othr toyota engines to drop on this cruiser , but the wieght penalty )-;

Yes! Exactly.

Theres a 15b-fft , think theres a 15b-ffte ( electronic) is this right ? So the 15b-ft would be a 8v version.

Lucky bastard if hes got the fft version

15B-T = 8v
15B-FT = 16v with mechanical FP
15B-FTE = 16v with electronic FP
