PM me when they are ready. I'll take a set also.

I'm back. Family and work took over for a while. Thanks for the concern everyone.

Just made 1,000 more bushings too.

Unfortunately there's a slight price increase to $22 per set of 8. 3 sets are $60.

Send payment to cruiserbits@gmail.com. I will ship immediately. (Friends and family payment is preferred)

Also if you ordered from me in the last year and you are having issues with the pin fitting thru the opening, PM me and I will send you a new set. The last batch was off by a hair but it was enough to cause a couple of issues that I know about. Please check if you haven't.

1 set ordered. Trying to refurbish a set of early FJ40 hood hinges with these bushings. What is the OD?
Just shipped them. OD of what?

Found a thread that answers my OD question. Bought a size W drill bit from McMaster-Carr to drill the hinges to use these bushings. Will give this a try and then post up some pics.

Part number 2932A35 from McMaster.com... a Gen Purpose Black Oxide HSS Jobbers Drill Bit.

Checking in to say that I got these bushings, and installed them in about an hour. Close tolerances, nicely made. They are great! I knew my doors were loose on the hinges, but didn't realize how much of the truck's rattling noise came from them. Sooo much quieter now, it's like they took 20 years off the truck. There was virtually nothing left of the plastic bushings that were supposed to be there when I pulled the pins. I'm very pleased!
