Look at this cool one-page FJ40 Accessories listing from back in the day - Hickey Enterprises (I think they were a California outfit?). We found this along with the papers for our inherited 1977 FJ40........

Check this out. Eight page booklet dated 1974 and located Ventura, California. Not to be confused with the "eight page or Tijuana bibles".

Interesting, this diagram is also on the last page of this amazing off roading handbook from 1975. It has a lot of vintage 40 series action shots in black and white along with several other vehicle types from that era. Information is rather dated but well worth the $3 I paid for it at Half Price Books!

That's cool they were in Ventura, their old location is now an aircooled shop.

I think this is the same Vic Hickey who is pretty famous for Baja/Mint trucks, they did a lot and Toyota was one of them.
