Very cool. I need more pictures to decide where I am going to cut!!

still have the running boards for this truck ? just bought one but mine are rusted ! :( PLEASE HELP ANYONE ! :steer:

Lots of guys should have running boards for you for cheap. You can have mine cheap (they are in decent shape), but the shipping would be $$. I bet you can find someone here on MUD on the east coast with some decent running boards for you. MUD Classifieds...

Hey, what size tubing is that?

Looks great!!! Something similar is in my 80's somewhat near future. Did you run tubing through that "roof line channel" to the A pillars? Keep up the good work!!!

Must have more pictures>>>>>

Stage 8 Maybe?

Build going a little slower with summer time. But got a new taller tail gate built from scratch. Metal shop is going to do some bends then finish that. All the fender flare holes welded up. This I hope is the final roll bar design. It is the third one. Been a lot off time straightening out everything else. Building aluminum frames for FJ60 solid windows and new lift gate for FJ60 rear glass.
There is an end in sight, my daughters ready to drive. :)

Convertible LC progress?!

Wow this is AWESOME - inspiring!
Toyota did great with their '85 4Runner which I had with "removable" hard shell - you're taking it to the next level and then some with this LC conversion!
Can't wait to see the progress... could be historic!

You mentioned "final rollbar design. Can you share pics or designs? I am getting ready to do very similar cut on my rig in about 30 days..... Love to see your plan.

Tried to post more pictures last night but said it was full. Looked at tips, it just said yes it might get full. Not how to fix it. Im more of a mechanic than a technophile.

email me the pics and I will post. I will pm you my email address.
