Should have gotten pics but I basically saw where it was contacting the box and shaved it down and in some spots took a small complete section out of the box.
Then re-built it up from the outside to seal it back up.

Got it in! Big shout out to yotadude520 and all others that chimed in on this thread, I appreciate all your input. Did the ole tap tap and finessed it in the box. Got the new expansion valve and if all goes well I'll be cruising with some ac if needed in S.C by Friday!

what needed to be done to get it to fit
I did what Yotadude520 suggested above. Tapped it with the mallet after getting tubes in place. The fourseason's does work but has to be carressed. Bad engineering on theyre part. But others will come into this and see fitment wont work when placing it. Just have to have some patience but it will work.

Great work!

Make sure you refoam the box before you get it back in the truck. You might also want to move that wire to the low pressure switch, I think mine had a special spot in between the cases where it was supposed to go.

Awe man its in now but did a screen shot to tackle it. What did you use to refoam yours? Any pics if the setting? Driving it tomorrow after picking up Friday and getting it back to the casa. Noticed the ac button doesn't light up blue now? Ac is cold but used to the light on.
