Well I took it in town and had it weighed and then went to the DMV.


LOL!


It passed everything with flying colors. According to DMV, it is ready for the street.


I have plates, tags, registration and the title is in the mail.

I installed some Mini truck MudFlaps so I'm legal in California.

Quick Disconnects installed on the mudflaps so if I take it off road I will not loose them.


The thumb latches will be replaced with a padlock.

Do you really think you need the mud flaps? (not saying they don't look good, they do) I have never had any and my tires stick out 4"s past the body and make a great rooster tail on raining days and I never had a problem? Or was it required for registration?

Mudflaps are the law in CA.

Several people are getting pulled over and getting "fix it" tickets. Once the CHP has you pulled over, they inspect everything.

I might get pulled over for going too slow up hills or the usual once a year stop in Lemoore for being this or too much of that. Guess it is one of those tings that hasn't come up for me.

Some club member do not run front fenders on their 40 series and have never had an issue. Several of the club members have badges though.

Why yes, that is a chrome Chevy V8 Alternator Bracket.

The rubber mount is from a STIHL TS Concrete Saw Cart mounting kit.

And that is an Air Intake Debris Screw from a back pack leaf blower.


It should keep the birds out.
