Thanks!

I hope I do you proud!

My goal is to have it done by thanksgiving and all the bugs worked out by Christmas. I am planning on driving it to Katamsy 2008.

LOL!

My neighbor came down last night. He has been watching this build from his front porch about 1/2 mile away up on a hill.

He asked me if I needed any help with my "Roadster". His Dad had 38 something or other and he thought they were cool hotrods.

I laughed until I realized he was serious. I explained what I was doing and he wished me luck and left.

I've got to get this done or at least inside the shop.

LOL!

I am sure it will be great...glad to see the 2f staying....just how are you gonna register it??? cause the 2f runs great without all the smog crap....I know cause my 87 was smog free for a while :):)

good to see you on here still tim. i know you're gonna end up with another cruiser eventually.........

a roadster; that's too funnay. a$$hole brian at BTB had a 45 that was lowered with a hot rod engine. pretty sure it was purple. looked like carp, that's for sure!

It will be registered as a 1974 FJ40 since that is what the cab is/was and the VIN plates stayed the same, etc.

I'll have to have it inspected for the frame number.

that is AWSOME...I loveit .... hope to make one of those some day too

Don said he would post them up on his site. I have to drop off some stuff at you shop on Friday anyway. Seats, H42 and the rest of the stuff will go up the hill for the 45 Run.

Hey orange, give him a steel trash can to replace the one his wife burned up:D

Can't wait to see that rig on the road, got a color picked yet?
