Fixed P2714 on 08 LX 570, probably dealer put the wrong trans oil filter

My 200 pops these same codes occasionally. I’ve not noticed any driveability concerns.

I have fresh fluid and Toyotas filter here for it to change and see what happens.
Mine is very inconsistent, you might drive it 5 days and it’s perfect. Next day light comes on.

I’m at 365,000 today. I’m going to call IPT for some advice.

I’m of the mindset that the solenoids are almost never there problem and it’s all internal leaks in the valve body.

Toyota is back ordered on transmissions.

If I order online pricing I go to the back of the line. If I pay $300 more I get a priority ticket and can likely get it in 1-5 days, because the dealer commands priority over an online sale.

I can’t get a valve body rebuild in a hurry. I spoke with John at IPD and he didn’t have any cores on hand for me to buy ready to go and send mine back.

I’m truly going to have to just play it by ear. I have no idea what to do. There is no magic bullet.
