Anybody local(near qualcom or close by) have a welder that could tack up the holes from my flares. Willing to pay for sevices rendered.

All the plugs were removed when I pulled the fenders. Clairemont? I am not too familiar with all of the areas, is that off of Clairemont Drive, east or west?

I have aluminum tape if you are just going to rhino the fenders, that's what most people use since that thin sheet metal takes some skill to weld up.
My first thought was the aluminum tape would work but I was thinking that if moisture were to build up between the tape and metal, rust or peeling would occur. What do you think?

I agree 100%

Tape will look good for a year or 2, but if your keeping your rig for the long haul, it WILL cause rust

Very close to the intersection of Clairemont mesa and Genesse ave

In my opinion the holes are the same with the tape, with bolts, or with plastic clips. The paint was put on with the holes there. Where I could I put aluminum tape on the inside I did. I think the only paces I didn't was in the rear doors but I will the next time I have the panels off and in the back of the engine bay. So I am good with that. But if you can cut out all those tabs and hook up with Kevin's buddy I would it is the best way to go for sure.
