Interesting though. That's the same truck we looked at in Nanaimo that had blown engine and was full of blackberry vines and rat s***. That seller is the guy that bought it. Guess he never did anything with it. Maybe I should go there and get some things for mine.... Will have to make a list.

Body swap? No. I remember that. Really glad you walked away. Would make a wicked buggy, suspension is good.
Here's a question for everyone. Swap front suspension onto a 40. Coils and link would sure as heck improve offroad
ability of a 40. Coils on the back?
It's an interesting thought... but I don't wheel enough to make that much work worthwhile. As it sits right now it'll go just about anywhere that vaguely resembled a road at some point in the past.
Locker(s) would probably make more difference than coil springs.
If the interior was all stripped out and tossed a pressure washer would probably get rid of most of the smell.

Doesn’t seem like an insane price for what it is… although I don’t understand why they haven’t fixed the odometer in an unknown number of years.
Still too much for my thin wallet. Also I don’t have space for another Landcruiser in the driveway. It’s bad enough that I’m the only person who drives our 3 vehicles 90% of the time and 2/3 of the vehicles I’m the only driver.
I'm sure that's not all it reeks of

Found an article about how it's done.
Basically slice and dice the LS heads into two three-cylinder heads
Saw this on facebook… unlike the Volvo, I suspect it performs. Crazy build. Makes me wonder if LS heads could be put on a 2F… be wild. That said cruisers don’t need hp, chugging along at low rpm is where they do best.
