Family Rig: another 6BT, NV4500 swap (1 Viewer)

So I am starting out with an 1995 FZJ80, that supposedly lost an timing chain and ruined the motor, that I got for $1000 and a 1994 Dodge 2500 6BT, NV4500, 4x4, that has a bad rear main seal leak and a bad throw out bearing, that I got for $2,000. The plan is to make an tough, reliable, family vehicle. It will start out as my wife's DD and then someday when the kids are all grown will be my expedition/hunting/everything right. Some of the things I want to do...
* New interior
*Front & Rear Bumpers
*Air lockers (compressor run off of 6BT?)
* Part time transfercase mod
* Manual front hubs
* Exhaust brake & trailer brake controller
* Roof rack (with rooftop tent eventually
* PTO winch? (If not feasible, Warn 12,000)
* Comp Springs to deal with weight
* 37's
* Dual batteries
And I am always open to more possibilities.

Or.......fix the dodge, hook it to that 5th wheel I see in your photo, and make that the family vehicle !!! Can't wait to see this one progress. The 6bt swaps are fairly intriguing to me.

So a little history about my LC. Before I bought it, it was featured in 4wheeler magazine when it blew up its motor and a bunch of Jeep guys tried to go save it in the snow...my goal is that when I am done with roles will be reversed.
