The turbo was rebuilt because a good friend (Alberto :clap:) sent me another turbo... to i can rebuilt for free!

It was necessary to buy the first part of the exhaust from KZJ-70, because this engine from KZJ-90 :hhmm:



It was necessary to change the fan tunnel...

...(and the radiator from KZJ-70 but i dont have more $$$ €€€ :flipoff2:)

The next step is to make some changes to the Air Filter Box :wrench::wrench:

Caxide Aventura 4x4 & Club Land Rover España

A great group of friends went to visit and enjoy the Portuguese coast from Aveiro and Marinha Grande.

We drive many miles of sandy tracks, enjoying beautiful scenery and in my case learning driving techniques in sand.

My Toyota had temperature problems :bang:, but enjoy as a child.

And I could see the big dune Portuguese (Poço do Ingles), my car is not prepared to raise it "still" :flipoff2:

But, have a little problem with the clutch, is so weak... :doh:

I have recommended looking for a reinforced clutch :bang:

...as the original clutch is not very durable in hard conditions.

In the worst stages of sand, DO NOT stop to smell clutch :mad: :mad:


My cousin and many friends have 1KZ engine, and all say the same problem...
